About the AGM
Each year the Network holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM). This meeting is a way for the Network’s members and trustees to come together to make decisions about the Network. The AGM is organised and run in line with our governing document.
We hold our AGMs virtually, that is where everyone joins the meeting electronically using video conferencing. You can also join by telephone if you are not able to join by video. We hold our AGMs virtually as this is more cost effective and enables more members to attend.
The Network maintains a register of voting members who are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM. If you are a member you will have received notice of the meeting and will receive a link and details for how to attend the meeting.
The AGM is an opportunity for the Network to:
- update members on the activity of the Network over the past year
- present the charity’s annual accounts and trustee’s annual report
- cover any other business, including motions and elections of trustees and members of the steering group
The AGM is also an opportunity for members to raise questions about the network.
